Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in economics/commerce with MBA in Marketing & Sales / Executive MBA
Professional Experience:
8 to 15 years of experience in a marketing/sales management role required;
Experience in building, mentoring and leading marketing teams in any traditional areas of marketing/sales like FMCG / Logistics
Proven record of leadership and managing a sales organization with pan India responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives
The India Head of Sales is responsible for the overall vision and strategy for the pan India sales function at Sysmedac. This role will provide strategic leadership, planning, and direction to drive, achieve Sales targets through commercial, digital, and marketing initiatives of the new and existing products and services of Sysmedac. This position will promote and drive innovation and excellence through cross-functional collaboration as a member of the senior leadership team.
