Job Description:
• Financial Accounting -Operational
• Ensure all accounting entries are on time and in line with the company standards
• Ensure all accounting entries are in line with local statutory requirements and government accounting standards
• Ensure the approval and authorisation process is being strictly followed
• Liaison with the local banks and other financial agencies
• Responsibility for developing and monitoring KPIs to deliver the forecasts.
• Ensure all vendor/client master data is maintained properly (bank details, credit terms, conditions , credit limit, credit terms, conditions)
• Prepare payment proposal
• Ensure Balance confirmations for the annual closing of accounts
• Handling GST forms as the case may be (need to receive)
• Ensure revenue is recorded in full and within the right month
• Ensure Balance confirmations for the annual closing of accounts
• Prepare revenue / sales reporting
• Book all bank statements
• Manage cash flow forecast
• Planning for Weekly Fund Projection
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement
• Prepare all VAT/GST entries and report and file in time and in line with all legal requirements
